Lord Jesus, I ask for Your guidance. How often I shipwreck myself on the shoals! Please allow me the grace to determine Your will for my life. Help me to trust in You with all my heart and not to lean upon my own understanding. You hold my future, Lord, and You have been faithful with my past. I do not know where my life will lead, but You do, therefore I ask for Your provision and Your guiding hand to lead me. Help me to always remember that Your Word is the lamp to my feet, and the light to my path.
Sometimes our only hope in life is to ask the Lord Jesus to show us the way. We might think we know which way to go, but in the end, it only brings heartache and pain. It is good to ask the Lord to show us His will. When we walk in His will, doors open and the way is smooth. Let us always seek Christ’s wisdom when we don’t know the good path.
