“Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord."
The Lord’s promises to His children are sure. The Word of God is the bedrock of our faith. Those who hope in the Lord will never be ashamed, for if God said it, He will do it.
When the night presses in, when the weight bears down, when tears fall unchecked, we must be strong and take heart, for our God is a mighty fortress. He delivers us from all our troubles. He is with us, and He will never betray a heavy heart that looks to Him in hope. If God is for us, who can be against us?
