"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

1 Corinthians 10 talks about the freedom we have in Christ. Christians in this time period faced issues about what to do and not to do. Issues such as eating marketplace food and products that were sacrificed to idols were an offensive thing to some devout Christians, while others mature in the faith saw no need to abstain from them.

Paul corrects the mindset of believers through this chapter. He reminds them that everything we receive, aquire, and use are blessings we ought to thank God for. And in all things, our motivation and reason for doing and living should always be to honor and please God. Before we even consider pleasing others or meeting their standards, we should make sure that our Father is honored and delighted in all we do and in what we become.
